application area
Electronic appliances: 15% zinc borate 2335+10% brominated epoxy resin is added to ABS (television casing), with a flame retardant rating of UL94 V-0 (1.6mm), and has passed the 125 ℃ ball pressure test, meeting the IEC 62368 safety standard.
Automotive industry: In PP (bumper), it is compounded with magnesium hydroxide in a ratio of 1:4, with a total addition of 45%. The bending modulus retention rate of the material is 92%, and the combustion rate is ≤ 100mm/min (tested according to GB/T 2408).
Wire and cable: Replace 30% antimony trioxide in PVC insulation layer, add 12% zinc borate 2335, reduce smoke density by 55%, increase oxygen index to 34%, pass GB/T 17651.2 smoke density test.
Industrial rubber parts: Adding 8% to nitrile rubber (NBR) seals improves oil resistance (120 ℃ × 72h volume change rate ≤ 15%) and flame retardancy (vertical combustion V-1 level) synchronously, making it suitable for petrochemical scenes.
